Magnolia House is a high‑end, fully furnished rental designed specifically for traveling professionals who want comfort, convenience, and a sense of home while on assignment. Located in a quiet, tree‑lined neighborhood in Newnan, GA, it blends Southern charm with modern amenities, offering a peaceful retreat that’s still close to hospitals, shopping, dining, and major highways. There are two private units on the property with private access. There are currently also 3 private suites with private bathrooms and shared space. Magnolia House is quiet and is designed to respect your privacy.

Is there a minimum stay?

Yes, a 30 day minimum stay applies and a 90 day maximum. If you need an extension, please let us know 30 days in advance, if at all possible.
